We recommend booking at least 3–5 business days in advance for regular and deep cleaning, and at least 5–7 days for post-renovation jobs due to the preparation required. For urgent requests, WhatsApp us directly and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Not necessarily. Many of our regular clients provide access and run their errands while we work. However, for first-time visits, we do recommend being present for the initial walkthrough so we can note any specific requirements. For post-reno cleans, we'll do a joint inspection at the end.
Yes. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling or cancellation with no penalty. Changes within 24 hours may incur a small administrative fee. Just WhatsApp or call us and we'll sort it out.
Yes, we operate 7 days a week including weekends. Public holiday slots are available but tend to fill up quickly — we recommend booking early. Weekend and public holiday rates may differ slightly; this will always be stated in your quote.
We use only non-toxic, eco-safe products that are safe for children, pets, and people with allergies or respiratory sensitivities. We don't use harsh bleach-based sprays or chemical-heavy products unless you specifically request and agree to them. If you have particular concerns, just let us know when you book.
Yes. All our standard products are tested and certified non-toxic, making them safe for homes with infants and young children. We take extra care with nurseries and play areas. If your child has specific allergies or sensitivities, please inform us during booking so we can ensure we use the most appropriate products.
Absolutely. Our eco-safe products are free from harsh chemicals that are toxic to cats, dogs, and other pets. We still recommend keeping pets in a separate room while we clean and allowing ventilation afterwards — not because of our products, but to reduce stress on the animals from the activity and noise.
New BTO flats and recently renovated homes often contain high levels of formaldehyde — a colourless gas that off-gasses from furniture, flooring, adhesives, and paint. It's an irritant linked to allergies, asthma, and long-term respiratory risks, especially in children. Our treatment neutralises these compounds and significantly improves indoor air quality before you move in.
Our prices are fixed and agreed before we start — always. We do not add on charges after a job is done. If the scope changes significantly during a clean (e.g. the home is in a much worse condition than described), we will discuss any adjustment with you before proceeding.
Pricing varies based on the size of the property, the type of service, and specific requirements. We prefer to give you an accurate custom quote rather than a rough number that ends up being wrong. Contact us with your details and we'll provide a fixed quote within the day — at no obligation.
We accept PayNow, bank transfer, and major credit cards. Payment details will be confirmed in your booking confirmation. For regular maintenance packages, we can set up a recurring payment arrangement for convenience.
We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours of the clean and we will return to address any areas of concern at no additional cost. We do a walkthrough at the end of every job — please raise any issues then so we can fix them on the spot.
We recommend ventilating the space for at least a few hours after our post-reno clean before moving in, especially if formaldehyde treatment was applied. In most cases, the home is ready to move into the same day. We'll advise you specifically based on the treatment used and the ventilation of your unit.
Absolutely. Many clients start with a post-reno or deep clean and then transition to a regular maintenance schedule. Just let us know and we'll set up a recurring slot with the same team where possible. Regular clients also receive priority scheduling.
Our team is trained to handle all surfaces carefully. In the rare event that something is damaged during a clean, contact us immediately with photos and we will investigate and resolve the matter fairly. We are accountable for our team's actions on every job.
